The Aus4Innovation (A4I) program, funded by DFAT and CSIRO, is a crucial initiative for fostering innovation cooperation between Australia and Vietnam. Strategic undertook a comprehensive reorientation of the MEL approach for the A4I program and continue to provide ongoing MEL support to the program.
The Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution (RFBI) identified an opportunity to expand their aged care facility in Holt, and needed to apply to rezone the site for development with the ACT Government. To ensure that the community were consulted and heard throughout this process, RFBI sought the expertise of Strategic to conduct comprehensive consultations with stakeholders and locals.
Strategic Development Group collaborated with Karinya House to author a data-driven review to support the organisation to verify its hypothesis regarding unmet demand across the ACT region and understand the characteristics of the unmet needs of the women and their babies who are currently unable to access support.
